The 5 Hour Lunch

I can't wait to go back to Vicksburg, MS and try Mamma's. I did go to Walnut Hill. Sit at one of the large round tables, and when enough people show up, the food comes out. There's a huge lazy susan in the middle of the table, and they bring out fried chicken, greens, sausage, beets (a personal favorite I don't see served very often), cabbage, and about four other things that are a blur. The best part is their homemade pepper sauce is served in Absolut Vodka bottles.
