For the hue challenged here is colorJack. An interesting online and widget based application for determinng color schemes. While most useful for website design, I can see it being applicable in creating quick color mocks for proposals and such. It generates RGB or RYB models, full spectrum or websafe palletes and gives you Hex values that can easily be converted. Fun all around and it's a freebie.
