You may not know that the Mississippi Delta is quite a melting pot. The Chinese have a long history there, and today, NPR did a story about the Lebanese community and their food influence in the Delta. Many years ago, I had my first stuffed grape leaves at Chamoun's Rest Haven.

I haven't been in a long, long time.
