American Heritage Chocolate

In honor of Thanksgiving week, here's a piece by the Candy Professor on American Heritage Chocolate. Apparently, Mars, Inc. has a Historic Division that has researched and created a colonial-style chocolate.  It's mostly available in historic gift shops, but some like Colonial Williamsburg have an online shop.
