Well, I didn't make any of the places on my food wishlist, nor the Stax Museum. Too much work and not enough play. I did stay at a hotel I really liked – The Madison. It's right downtown close to the river. There's a great view from their rooftop patio, everyone there was super nice and helpful, and my room was great: the bed was big and comfy, the bathroom (Molton Brown toiletries) was large with two windows, and there was a separate little bar area adjacent to the door.
