A Good Pork Chop (Sandwich) Is Hard To Find

Newly discovered and added to our regular rotation is Tony's Fish House in Richland, Mississippi (1255 Hwy. 49 South). I had the fried catfish sandwich, and Mr. Loaf had the pork chop sandwich. Sit a spell, it takes a little time because everything is made to order. Lots of people who came in while we were there had called in their order to go. But it's worth the wait. The batter on both the catfish and the pork chop was great, they were cooked just right and not greasy. Also, the catfish tasted clean, not like mud as it can sometimes. Both came with fries and two slices of white bread – plenty of hot sauce on the tables. The sweet tea was also homemade, not from icky concentrate. And as a bonus, there were homemade slices of cake.
